ClubSmash is a private league tracker for members of UPLB Table Tennis. You must have a valid club registration code to create an account. Only real club members are permitted to register.

You agree to submit accurate match results. Both players must confirm a result before it is counted. Deliberately submitting false scores or repeatedly disputing valid results may result in your account being suspended by the admin.

Credits are virtual and have no cash value outside this platform. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. The club admin manages all top-up and deductions.

When you share a match result via a public link, the match scorecard becomes visible to anyone with that link. No personal contact information is exposed — only your display name, scores, and match notes.

The club admin may delete your account and match history at any time. You may also request account removal by contacting your admin directly.

This is a self-hosted community tool. We make no guarantees about uptime or data retention. Backups are the responsibility of the club admin.

We collect only what is necessary to run the league: your display name, username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — never in plain text), plus the match records you submit.

Your information is used solely to operate the leaderboard, verify match results, and manage your account. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of running the club league.

Your display name and match statistics are visible to all club members. Your email address is only visible to the club admin. Your password is never visible to anyone, including the admin.

Confirmed match results can be shared via a public link. These pages show player display names, scores, and notes only — no emails, usernames, or account details.

All data is stored locally on the club's own server in a SQLite database. No data is sent to third-party services. No cookies are used beyond what is required for your login session.

You can update your display name and password at any time from your Account Settings. To have your account and data fully removed, contact your club admin.
